JENNA REA V TEVI SAY IN FRENCH PANCRASE BOUT

(20.02.12) French fighter, Jenna Rea, has just revealed to Cage Queen that she will be facing Tevi Say in a 53.5kg bout in France on 14th April. The fight takes place at PFC 4 at Le Palais de Sport in Marseille, which is country's biggest event.

The fight will be a 'Pancrase' bout complying to French MMA rules, which permits no strikes on the ground. The cage remains forbidden in France and the fights will take place in an octagonal ring.

Rea told Cage Queen:  "There have never been any female fights, not in any big show and never any pro/class A female fights at all. On the 14th April I get to do the first."

 She joked that she will practically have to cut off her hand to make the agreed weight but she is just desperate to fight.

The same event is also in the final stages of negotiating an MMA/ Pancrase match for the champion boxer, Myriam Lamare.
